Willis Museum Visiting Time

To help keep everyone safe, we are limiting the number of visitors we can welcome to the Willis Museum.

Admission to the Willis Museum is free, however, please pre-book your preferred visiting time for all members of your party, including children.

If you do not have a pre-booked visiting time or arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you, but cannot guarantee you will be able to visit.

During your visit to the Willis Museum, please follow our social distancing and hygiene guidelines. To keep everyone safe, please wear a face covering.

All visitors to our venues aged 16 and over are required by law to provide contact details for NHS Test and Trace purposes. In line with this requirement, we encourage our visitors to download the NHS COVID-19 app and scan the QR code on the NHS Test and Trace posters at our venues. NHS Test and Trace posters are prominently displayed on arrival. For those visitors who do not scan the QR code on the NHS Test and Trace posters, we will collect your personal data (name, address and contact number) to use in the event of a reported case of coronavirus. This data will be retained for 21 days in accordance with government requirements. Your data will not be shared with any additional third parties.

If you or a member of your household has any COVID-19 symptoms or has been in contact with someone that has the virus, please do not visit.

More information on how we are re-opening is available in our FAQs.

Thank you for your understanding.
